Please read these Terms of Use (the “Terms of Use”) carefully before using the Site. Through the Site, you may have access to a variety of resources and content. These include (i) software and software-as-a-service offerings (the “Software”); and (ii) web pages, data, messages, text, images, photographs, graphics, audio, video, and other documents (the “Materials”). Such Software and Materials are collectively referred to as “Content.”
By accessing or using the Site or the Content provided on or through the Site, you agree to follow and be bound by the following Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. Chef Vision may revise the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy at any time without notice to you. The revised Terms of Use and Privacy Policy will be effective when posted. 1. Terms Applicable to Specific Content and Areas of the Site

(b) Materials may not be redistributed or modified.
4. Reservation of Rights
The Site and Content provided on or through it are the intellectual property and copyrighted works of Chef Vision or its licensors. All rights, title, and interest not expressly granted are reserved. All Content is provided on an “As Is” and “As Available” basis. Chef Vision reserves the right to terminate permissions or access at any time.
5. Your Content
By uploading or sharing (“Share”) Content on the Site, you grant Chef Vision a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable, nonexclusive, fully sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, perform, display, broadcast, and distribute such Content in any form or medium now known or later developed.
You warrant that:
(a) you have the right and authority to grant this license;
(b) Chef Vision’s use does not infringe third-party rights; and
(c) all moral rights in the Content have been waived.
You agree not to Share Content that is false, defamatory, obscene, infringing, harmful, unlawful, or that contains viruses or malicious code. Chef Vision may report or remove such Content and cooperate with law enforcement as appropriate.
6. Security and Access to Site and Content
You agree not to access or use the Site in a manner that could damage or impair any Chef Vision systems. Unauthorized access, password sharing, automated scraping, or interference with the Site is prohibited. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.
7. Food Safety, Liability, and Indemnity
7.1 Food Preparation Responsibility
All meals offered on the ChefVision.biz platform are prepared by independent chefs (“Chefs”) who operate as separate entities from Chef Vision. Each Chef is solely responsible for:
(a) The sourcing, preparation, handling, storage, and packaging of food items.
(b) Compliance with all applicable health, safety, and hygiene laws and regulations in their operating jurisdiction.
(c) Obtaining and maintaining all required licenses, permits, and certifications for food preparation and sale.
Chef Vision does not own, operate, or manage any kitchen and does not prepare or package any food.
7.2 Platform Role
Chef Vision acts as an online marketplace and facilitator, enabling diners to place orders directly with independent Chefs. Chef Vision:
(a) Provides an online platform for discovery, ordering, and payment.
(b) Does not guarantee the safety, quality, or suitability of any food item.
(c) Is not a party to the sale contract between the diner and the Chef.
By placing an order, the diner acknowledges that any issues relating to food quality, allergies, or health effects shall be resolved directly with the Chef.
7.3 Limitation of Liability
Chef Vision shall not be liable for:
(a) Any illness, allergic reaction, injury, or damages resulting from food prepared by a Chef.
(b) Any inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the Chef.
(c) Any late or missing delivery arising from third-party logistics or force majeure.
In no event shall Chef Vision’s total liability exceed the amount paid by the diner for the relevant order.
7.4 Chef Warranty and Indemnity
Each Chef warrants that:
(a) All food provided is safe for human consumption.
(b) The Chef complies with all applicable food safety laws and follows good hygiene practices.
The Chef agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Chef Vision, its affiliates, directors, officers, and employees from and against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
(a) Foodborne illnesses, contamination, or allergic reactions caused by the Chef’s food.
(b) Any violation of health, hygiene, or safety standards.
7.5 Insurance
Chef Vision may require Chefs to maintain food liability insurance or equivalent coverage. Where applicable, Chef Vision may maintain its own general liability policy, but such coverage shall not extend to individual Chef negligence or improper food handling.
7.6 Diner Acknowledgement
By using the platform, the diner acknowledges that:
(a) Chef Vision does not inspect or guarantee the food prepared by individual Chefs.
(b) Food may contain allergens or ingredients that could cause allergic reactions.
(c) The diner is responsible for reviewing all descriptions and communicating any dietary restrictions before placing an order.
8. No Unlawful or Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Site or Content for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms or any posted guidelines.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chef Vision, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, or losses arising out of your Content, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
10. Monitoring
Chef Vision has no obligation to monitor the Site but may review and remove Content in its discretion or upon third-party request.
11. Termination of Use
Chef Vision may discontinue or limit access to the Site at any time. You agree that Chef Vision shall not be liable for any termination or limitation of your access or use of the Site or Content.
12. Third-Party Websites, Content, Products, and Services
The Site may link to third-party websites or content. Chef Vision is not responsible for such external sites, their accuracy, or their content.
13. Disclaimer
Except where expressly provided otherwise, the Site and all Content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Chef Vision disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
14. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Chef Vision be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Site or Content.
